So Incredibly impressed with the amazing job Rob had done. He's managed to turn an unloved but functional bike into an amazing present for our daughter.

He's taken time to listen to our daughters wish list for a bike, bringing all of her ideas into a reality. But most importantly for a parent making sure the bike has been serviced and ensured all the safety standards are met. Even getting our daughters measurements to ensure the seat is the correct height.

Fettlers bikes took my road bike and returned it, like it was new. You couldn't tell my bike was 10 years old. Fettlers bikes sent detailed images and a thorough diagnostic of all of the areas checked and altered. Even when they returned the bike to me, it was securely wrapped in bags.
